Does it cost anything?

No. Membership is free and there is no fee to spend your points.

Do I earn on rooms booked through Agoda or Booking.com?

Room points and member rates are for bookings made direct with the hotel. You still earn on meals and tours during an OTA stay, and you get 500 bonus points on your first direct stay of 2 nights or more.

How do I spend points?

Show your card and tell staff how much to use. You get a WhatsApp message and tap Approve. If you don't approve within two minutes, nothing is spent.

Do points expire?

Points last 24 months from your last stay, meal or tour. We remind you on WhatsApp 30 days before any points expire.

What do you do with my details?

You opt in under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act when you join. Your data stays with the club, never with an outside loyalty company, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

I'm with a company that books regularly. Is there a corporate account?

Yes. Your company gets an account that counts nights across all its travellers, with a free night for every 50. Ask us below.
